Oded Shoshan is a NYC-based fashion and commercial photographer/director.
Israeli-born and raised in Paris, his name was changed to Eric Soussan upon his
family's arrival in France, and he has worked professionally under both names.
Oded speaks several languages and is comfortable working anywhere in the world.
After a successful career as a professional dancer, Oded moved behind the camera,
beginning in Paris as assistant to photographers Paolo Roversi, Andre Rau, Juergen Teller,
Christopher Micaud, and as producer for Ben Faraday Productions (Octopix). His client list included Cerruti,
LOreal, American Express, Dior, Gucci, YSL, Audi and Vogue.
After moving to NY, he continued his apprenticeship, and honed his digital skills while assisting Erez Sabag, Brian Nice and
Richard Reinsdorf on L'Ebel Paris, Avon, St. Ives, Oil of Olay, Lancome, Puma, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. Celebrities include
Bjork, Martin Scorcese, Catherine Deneuve, Mickey Rourke, Claudia Cardinal, George Clooney.
Since 2005, Oded has expanded into directing, creating
both stills as well as long-form videos.
